EGG CURRY – PHASE 2bianca.l
3/4 cup chopped radish
4 eggs – hard boiled
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1 green chilli
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 clove garlic
1 cup water (or more to add curry)
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 cup chopped onion
2 large chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons plain yogurt (optional)
Hard boil the eggs. Peel and set aside.
In a nonstick pan add chopped onion and sauté until translucent in colour.
You can add 1 tablespoon water to stop it sticking.
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, green chilli, chopped garlic and grated ginger.
Cook for a 2-3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder.
Cook the mixture until a glazed layer is seen over it and until the tomatoes lose their water.
By now it would be a thick creamy paste like mixture.
Now add eggs to the gravy.
Add water, yogurt and garam masala and cook for 5-6mins till the gravy thickens.
