WATERMELON AND STRAWBERRY SLUSHIE – PHASE 2 & 3

50g-60g watermelon
4 strawberries
Ice
Ice water
Mint leaves
Lime juice
1.5 scoops of original stevia (pure) or any of the liquid stevia flavoured drops on the website

DIRECTIONS

Cut and weigh watermelon then cut strawberries into halves place in blender, with the stevia and with a handful of ice and ice water.
Cut or tear up 1 mint leaf into small pieces and through in 4-6 drops of lime juice and blend!!!
It feels like summer!!

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI SLUSHIE – PHASE 2 & 3

6-8 strawberries
Handful of ice or to your liking
Ice water to your liking
Mint leaves
1.5 scoops of original stevia (pure) or any of the liquid stevia flavoured drops on the website
Optional – Lime/  Lime juice

DIRECTIONS

Cut ends off strawberries and cut into halves. Then add strawberries, ice, stevia and ice water into the blender.
Mint can be added here but I find that the mint can be overpowering sometimes so I add this at the end just on top of the slushy, it has a nice blend of mint and strawberry.
Very refreshing for summer!

APPLE SLUSHIE – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS Apple Slushie

1 Apple
Handful of ice or to your liking
Ice water – amount to your liking
Mint leaves
1.5 scoops of original stevia (pure) or any of the liquid stevia flavoured drops on the website
Optional – Lime/  Lime juice

DIRECTIONS

Peel apple and cut up into cube pieces. Then place in blender with ice  and stevia scoops and ice water.
You can add the mint in as well if you like but I tend to find in doing that the mint becomes a little overpowering so I add the mint leaves on top at the end and you get a nice blend of apple and mint.
You can also add a little lime juice as well if you like.
Very refreshing for summer

SLUSHIE SNACK – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS slushie

Ice / ice cubes
Liquid stevia drops of your choice
(You will need a slushie maker for this recipe)

DIRECTIONS

Blend ice cubes into your slushie maker, add liquid flavoured stevia drops of your choice.
Cola or lemon would be the best!

MATCHA ALMOND & AVOCADO ICE CREAM – PHASE 3

INGREDIENTSmatcha

1 avocado
1 tablespoon lime juice
Sprinkle of sea salt
2 teaspoons matcha powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon almond stevia drops (which can be purchased at www.lesswithjess.com.au/products)

DIRECTIONS

Mix all in a processor and then place into freezer.
Bring out every half hour and mix it.
It’s real creamy and just like ice cream!
Serve chilled.

CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES WITH MIXED BERRY COULIS – PHASE 3

INGREDIENTSunnamed (1)

Pancake Recipe:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon soaked chia
2 tablespoons cream
2 egg whites

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and fry large spoonfuls on non stick pan.
Optional to use olive oil or butter.

INGREDIENTS

Mixed Berry Coulis:
Handful mixed frozen berries
Few drops of the blueberry liquid stevia drops

DIRECTIONS

Microwave berries till they soften.
Add few drops of pure stevia or blueberry liquid stevia drops.

Drizzle over Pancakes!

VANILLA AND BERRY CHIA TRIFFLE – PHASE 3

INGREDIENTSunnamed (1)

Cream
Few drops of vanilla stevia drops
berries of your choice
Chia seeds soaked overnight in water

DIRECTIONS

Whip cream with a few drops of vanilla flavoured stevia drops.
In a glass layer some cream then add berries and chia seed pudding.
Alternate layers until glass is filled.
Serve chilled.

MIXED BERRY AND CHIA JAM – PHASE 3

INGREDIENTSunnamed (2)

3 tablespoons chia
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon stevia
1 tablespoon lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

Blitz water and berries till a thick but wet consistency. Add stevia and lemon juice.
Mix through Chia seeds and place in bowl or cup in fridge for minimum 3 hours until Chia seeds all expand.

Use as a treat on fruit or alongside a meat dish
