LEMONGRASS CHICKEN – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100g sliced chicken
2 stalks chopped lemongrass
2 chillies
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 tspn cumin
1 tspn corriander
1 tspn turmeric
Splash of tamari gluten free soy sauce
1 tblspn fish sauce
DIRECTIONS
Marinate for an hour
Stir fry in non stick pan adding a little water until cooked.
Serve with cooked cabbage or baby spinach.
