Liquid Stevia Drop Recipes

WATERMELON AND STRAWBERRY SLUSHIE – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS  50g-60g watermelon 4 strawberries Ice Ice water Mint leaves Lime juice 1.5 scoops of original stevia (pure) or any of the liquid stevia flavoured drops on the website DIRECTIONS Cut and weigh watermelon then cut strawberries into halves place in blender, with the stevia and with a handful of ice and ice water. Cut or tear up 1 mint leaf into small pieces and through in 4-6 drops of lime juice and blend!!! It feels like summer!! Makes 1 serving By Kylie Timms

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI SLUSHIE – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS  6-8 strawberries Handful of ice or to your liking Ice water to your liking Mint leaves 1.5 scoops of original stevia (pure) or any of the liquid stevia flavoured drops on the website Optional - Lime/  Lime juice DIRECTIONS Cut ends off strawberries and cut into halves. Then add strawberries, ice, stevia and ice water into the blender. Mint can be added here but I find that the mint can be overpowering sometimes so I add this at the end just on top of the slushy, it has a nice blend of mint and strawberry. APPLE SLUSHIE – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS  1 Apple Handful of ice or to your liking Ice water - amount to your liking Mint leaves 1.5 scoops of original stevia (pure) or any of the liquid stevia flavoured drops on the website Optional - Lime/  Lime juice DIRECTIONS Peel apple and cut up into cube pieces. Then place in blender with ice  and stevia scoops and ice water. You can add the mint in as well if you like but I tend to find in doing that the mint becomes a little overpowering so I add the mint leaves on top at the end and you get a nice blend of apple and mint. SLUSHIE SNACK – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS  Ice / ice cubes Liquid stevia drops of your choice (You will need a slushie maker for this recipe) DIRECTIONS Blend ice cubes into your slushie maker, add liquid flavoured stevia drops of your choice. Cola or lemon would be the best! WHEY PANCAKE – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS 3 cups 100% Whey based protein powder 1 to 2 tablespoons stevia 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs 1 cup water 10 drops of liquid stevia flavour of your choice (I have used raspberry for this recipe) DIRECTIONS Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, beat together the whey, eggs and water. Blend the liquid ingredients with the dry taking about 20 seconds. (I made the mixture quiet runny). STRAWBERRY COTTAGE CHEESE DELIGHT – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS 100grams of low fat cottage cheese 1 tspn stevia (you can use strawberry flavoured stevia drops available on website to purchase) 6 frozen strawberries DIRECTIONS Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate it for some time and serve.
