TOMATO CHICKEN – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100 grams of chicken breast
1 x can organic tinned tomatoes
Brown onions ( I added some water, u can add chicken broth)

Teaspoon of minced garlic
Shallots (chopped)
Baby Spinach
Shallots (chopped)

DIRECTIONS
Brown chicken in a frying pan with water and stock
Add shallots (chopped)
Add organic tinned tomatoes
Once the chicken is cooked, added spices
Put spinach in at end stir through.
Takes ten or so minutes to have sauce thick
Makes 1 servings
