APPLE CREAM PIE – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS 1 apple1 tablespoon fresh creamCinnamon powder to taste1 glass ice cold water1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegarStevia optional DIRECTIONS Cut apple into thin slices.Take bowl add ice cold water. Add apple cider vinegar to water. CREAMY ZUCCHINI SOUP – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS ½ onion diced3 teaspoons minced garlic2 large zucchini’s, quartered & thinly sliced3 cups vegetable stock2 tablespoons cream1 tablespoon water1 spring onion finely choppedSalt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS Heat a nonstick pot an d add onions and garlic. Cook for a few minutes until soft.Add zucchini and cook for a few minutes until softened.Add vegetable stock, salt and pepper to taste. JAPANESE TURMERIC PICKLED DAIKON – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 cups water 1 cup apple cider vinegar1/2 cup stevia 1 tablespoon salt2 medium cloves garlic1 teaspoon turmeric powder15 whole black peppercorns2 bay leaves1 daikon radish, peeled and cut into slices or strips. DIRECTIONS In a medium saucepan, stir together water, vinegar, stevia, salt, garlic, turmeric, peppercorns, and bay leaves.Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring to ensure that stevia dissolves.Remove from heat and add daikon. CARAMEL APPLE PIE – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS 1 small apple 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. water 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar 1 pkg. powdered stevia (or 8-10 drops of liquid stevia) 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (or apple pie spice) Pinch of nutmeg (or apple pie spice) 1 tbsp. water English toffee stevia to taste Calories: 80   DIRECTIONS Slice apple into very thin slices. Arrange in layers in a round 3 inch crème brulée dish. For each layer, sprinkle generously with cinnamon, nutmeg, and powdered stevia. Continue layering with spices until dish is full. WATERMELON AND STRAWBERRY SLUSHIE – PHASE 2 & 3

INGREDIENTS  50g-60g watermelon 4 strawberries Ice Ice water Mint leaves Lime juice 1.5 scoops of original stevia (pure) or any of the liquid stevia flavoured drops on the website DIRECTIONS Cut and weigh watermelon then cut strawberries into halves place in blender, with the stevia and with a handful of ice and ice water.
