CHICKEN BREAST DELIGHT – PHASE 2Jess Arroyo
80 grams chicken breast
20 grams of cottage cheese
Chia seeds – 2 tablespoons
Salt & pepper
Herbs and spices
Cut slits in the chicken breast.
Fill the slits with cottage cheese.
Salt, pepper, mixed herbs and chia seeds, sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20mins
Serve with allowed veggies.
