CHICKPEA FLOUR DESSERT (BESAN HALWA) – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
40 gm chickpea flour
Water
Stevia
Saffron
Cardamom powder
DIRECTIONS
Dry roast flour till golden brown.
Add saffron and cardamom powder and roast for another few minutes.
Add enough water to make the mixture runny as it becomes thick.
Add stevia and mix.
Cook for another minute and serve.
Serves 1
