CHICKEN CABBAGE SCRAMBLE – PHASE 2bianca.l
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Half a head of cabbage (chopped)
1 tsp organic mustard
Vegetable stock (or chicken stock)
Sauté the minced garlic and chicken in a non stick skillet.
Then, add the chopped cabbage, organic mustard and vegetable stock. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Sauté until liquid is gone. Serve immediately.
