RED LENTIL PANCAKE – PHASE 2

RED LENTIL PANCAKE – PHASE 2INGREDIENTS

40 grams red lentils
Green chillies
1 small onion (chopped finely)
Coriander powder to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Fennel powder to taste

DIRECTIONS

Soak 40 grams of lentils for 4-5 hours.
Grind well till smooth paste.
Add water to make runny batter.
Add all ingredients to the batter.
Roll the batter on non stick pan and cook until golden brown.
Flip pancake and cook other side.

Serves 1
