SPICY BRAZEN CHICKEN – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100 grams of BBQ chicken already cooked
1/2 cup water
herbs and spices to taste eg garlic salt, dried herbs, chicken salt
Baby Spinach
Lettuce
DIRECTIONS
Grab a cooked Bbq chicken (from any supermarket)
Peel off chicken breast (100 grams)
Place in pan with no oil but a dash of water (1/2 cup water)
Use any herbs and spices you can think of for taste eg Moroccan seasoning, garlic salt or dried herbs
Dry dry for 5-10 mins adding water as you go (not too much)
Serve with salad
