BEEF AND CABBAGE STEW – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
200g lean beef mince
2 cups cabbage (shredded)
1 small onion (sliced)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
400g diced tomatoes (canned)
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia
1/2 cup water
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Serves – 2
DIRECTIONS
Heat a pan and brown mince and onion. Add onion powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Add diced tomatoes, water, apple cider vinegar and stevia. Simmer for 10mins.
Add cayenne pepper to taste. Add cabbage, cover and simmer until cabbage is cooked to your liking.
Serve.
