WHEY PANCAKE – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
3 cups 100% Whey based protein powder
1 to 2 tablespoons stevia
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup water
10 drops of liquid stevia flavour of your choice (I have used raspberry for this recipe)
DIRECTIONS
Mix the dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
In a smaller bowl, beat together the whey, eggs and water.
Blend the liquid ingredients with the dry taking about 20 seconds. (I made the mixture quiet runny).
Cook on a cast iron skillet, or blue stone pan if you have one.
Keep the heat very very low.
Cook until golden brown, flipping each pancake
