COCONUT WHEY PROTEIN PANCAKE – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
3 scoops of 100% whey protein powder
5 drops coconut liquid stevia drops
5 drops coconut liquid stevia drops
Water
DIRECTIONS
Add water gradually to the powder until you get it lumpy so it looks like pancake mix but not to watery.
Add the coconut liquid stevia drops
Cook for a few mins on both sides & enjoy.
