ASIAN GINGER CHICKEN – PHASE 2Jess Arroyo
100 grams chicken
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon or orange zest
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Cayenne pepper to taste
Sauté chicken in a pan along with some lemon juice and water until slightly browned.
Add your ginger, salt, lemon and stevia.
Add a little water from time to time to deglaze.
Makes 1 serving
