GARLIC AND BLACK PEPPER PRAWNS – PHASE 2

Black-Pepper-Prawn

INGREDIENTS

100g raw prawns
1 cup cabbage – shredded
1 small onion – sliced
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp kibbled black pepper or to taste
2 Tbsp gluten free soy
50g Slendier noodles – optional (Slendier boodles are classed as a vegetable serving)

DIRECTIONS

Heat a pan and add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook until onion starting to become tender.
Add soy and prawns. Allow to cook until prawns almost done.
Add cabbage and cook until starting to wilt.
If desired, ass Slendier noodles. Cook until heated through.

(I had leftover Slendier noodles that needed to be used up. Don’t HAVE to add them)
