PALAK PANEER – PHASE 2

200 grams of skimmed paneer 
Spinach 1 bunch
Onion 1 medium size chopped
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Curry powder 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

Clean boil and blanch the spinach and grind it to a paste.
In a pan add chopped onion and some water let it cook.
Once the onions are transparent add ginger garlic paste, and saute till the aroma of garlic goes.
Add Chilli powder and spinach paste.
Just take a boil, add paneer cubes, and curry powder, add salt and lemon juice and switch off the flame after a boil.
Remember when we blanch the palak, immediately keep the blanched palak under running tap so that it retains its colour.
