SOYA GRANULE KEEMA – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

50 grams soya granules
1 onion – chopped
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 bunch coriander – chopped
1/2 bunch mint – chopped
1/2 tablespoon ginger
1/2 tablespoon garlic
1 green chilli – chopped
1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
2 tomatoes – chopped
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Soak soya granules in hot water until they puff up.
Drain and set aside.
In a nonstick pan cook onions until they are tender.
Add turmeric, chopped coriander and chopped mint.
Cook until wilted.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add soya granules and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat.

Serves 2
