COTTAGE CHEESE STUFFED TOMATOES– PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100 grams cottage cheese
2 tomatoes
Onion
Parsley
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut tomatoes in half.
Scoop out the flesh.
Add the flesh of the tomato to the cottage cheese.
Add onion, parsley, salt and pepper and mix to combine.
Scoop the mixture into the tomatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
