HARIYALI PANEER TIKKA – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

100 grams paneer
1/2 bunch mint leaves
1 onion chopped
2 green chillies chopped
1 tablespoon hung curd
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste to taste
Cumin powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
Turmeric powder to taste
Coriander powder to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Chat masala to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a mixer add mint leaves, chopped onion, green chillies and salt.
mix until it makes a smooth paste.
Add hung curd and combine.
Add garlic ginger paste, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and lemon juice.
Marinate the paneer with this dressing and keep for 3 hours.
After three hours just roast the paneer slice on non stick pan and garnish with chaat masala
