CRAB OMELETTE – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

1 egg
50 grams crab meat
Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, beat the egg and set aside
Heat a nonstick pan and gently heat crab meat.
Add egg and cook until the egg is set.
Finish under the grill to cook the top.
Serve with allowed salad or vegetable items.

Serves 1
