COTTAGE CHEESE AND TOMATO WRAPS – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100g low fat cottage cheese
2 large lettuce leaves
6 cherry tomatoes – cut in 1/4’s
Salt and pepper to taste
Salt and pepper – to taste
DIRECTIONS
Divide the cottage cheese between the lettuce leaves.
Top with cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Roll up tightly and enjoy!
