Can you give us a little bit of background around your situation before the program?
Amy B – mum of 4 including twins who are now 4 years old
I am 39 YEARS old.
My love of chocolate became my best friend.
Had you tried losing weight before? If so, why was it not effective?
Yes and they all required exercise. With this program, it was amazing as I did not have to do any exercise, with toddlers its impossible.
What was it about the WLWJ program that was different and what worked this time?
It was the best kick start to my weight loss. The results were so rapid, I couldn’t believe after 4 days the weight dropped off and with no exercise.
The support was above and beyond, very personal like no other.
What were the results?
I have lost 35 kilos.
I can finally take a nice photos with my husband and kids.
