THAI BASIL CHICKEN – PHASE 2Jess Arroyo
100grams of chicken breast
5 cloves garlic crushed
2 chillies chopped
2 tblspn fish sauce
3 tblspn tamari
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup water
1 tblspn stevia
Handful of thai basil leaves
In non stick pan brown chicken.
Add stevia garlic and chillies and fry till sugar dissolves and becomes golden.
Add fish sauce, tamari and water.
Simmer till chicken is cooked on low heat.
Throw in the thai basil and toss thru until wilted.
Makes 1 serving
