THAI CHICKEN RISSOLES WITH LETTUCE, TOMATO & ONION – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
400g lean chicken mince
2 tsp Thai Gourmet red curry paste
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
Splash gluten free soy
Splash fish sauce
1 shallot – finely sliced
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Form into 8 even sized patties.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees until cooked. Turn once.
Serve with allowed salad or vegetables.
