SOYA CHUNKS CUTLETS – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
25 grams soya chunk
1 finely chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 finely chopped green chili
Salt
Cumin powder
Oregano
Basil
Lemon juice
Coriander leaves
Ginger
DIRECTIONS
Boil the soya chunks and once cooled down, squeeze the water from them.
Crush the chunks to bits.
Add all of the ingredients to the crushed chunks.
Roll small cutlets and roast on non stick pan.
Serve hot and enjoy!!!!!
