Refund & Returns Policy

We currently don’t offer any refund policy. We do not accept returns once purchased due to hygiene, health and safety reasons.
Unfortunately there is no refund for ‘change of mind.’ Please ask as many questions as you can before purchasing.
Generally, a store does not have to give a refund or replacement if a customer simply changes their mind about a product. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

Delivery / Shipping

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Weigh Less with Jess containing your order details (if you have provided your email address correctly). We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post the following day after payment is received; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at jess@lesswithjess.com.au. All Australian and International orders are posted via Australia Post Express Post service. New Zealand orders are shipped via Australia Post using Pack and Track and will take a minimum of 7-10 working days to arrive. Everywhere else will take 7-10 days depending on your countries Customs policy.

Packing Materials

Items are protected with bubble wrapped packing. Packaging used is delivered in a plain white satchel.
