I have used both the 25 and 50 day plan capsules. I have found them to be everything they were promised to be. They are convenient to take 10 minutes before a protein meal once per day and have worked very well for me in my weight loss journey. I swallow the tasteless capsule with water and have never had (or would expect to) any side effects whatsoever. The package each time arrived safely in timely manner and the capsules in good order. I choose to store mine in the fridge as I do with all my vitamins and tablets since we live in Queensland and suffer humidity. I have purchased some for my daughter and she has had similar success to me and is thrilled with the products.
