50 grams paneer
20 grams chickpea flour
2 clove garlic
1 green chilli
4 to 5 curry leaves
1 onion – diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce (gluten free)
1 tablespoon tomato sauce (gluten free)
Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Stevia to taste (optional)
Cut paneer into small cubes.
Mix chickpea flour, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder with dash of water in a bowl make a thick batter.
Add paneer cubes in prepared batter mix and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat nonstick pan add marinated paneer cubes over medium flame until they turn golden brown and put aside.
Heat pan add garlic, curry leaves, onion and green chillies.
Sauté till translucent.
Add soy sauce, tomato sauce, fried paneer cubes, stevia if required, salt to taste and dash of water if required cook it for 5 minutes and serve hot.
Note: for garnish you can use spring onion.
