PANEER BHURJI – PHASE 2

PANEER BHURJI – PHASE 2INGREDIENTS

100 grams paneer – crushed
1 onion – diced
1 tomato – diced
Turmeric – to taste
Red chilli powder – to taste
Garam masala – to taste
Ground cumin – to taste
Salt and pepper – to taste

DIRECTIONS

Crumble the paneer and keep aside.
In a nonstick pan cook onions in a little water, until translucent.
Add tomato and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add all spices and cook for 1 minute.
Add crushed paneer.
Mix until combined.

Serves 1
