MINI BURGERS – Phase 2

INGREDIENTS

80 grams of mince
1 tbsp mixed seasoning
1 egg white
3 slices of onion
3 slices of tomato
6 melba toast (mini toasts)

 

 

 

DIRECTIONS

Mix the mince, seasoning and egg white together.
Separate the mixture into three little patties and fry in a non-stick pan until cooked.
For this step, do not use oil, you can use water instead or bake them in the oven in a baking tray.
Once they are ready, place the tomato, onion and mince patty between six mini toasts and serve.
If you wanted to go for a gluten free option, you can use gluten free melba toasts or a gluten free crisp.
