MINI BURGERS – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

80 grams of mince
1 tbsp mixed seasoning
1 egg white
3 slices of onion
3 slices of tomato

DIRECTIONS

Mix the mince, seasoning, and egg white together.
Separate the mixture into three little patties and fry in a non-stick pan until cooked.
For this step, do not use oil, you can use water instead or bake them in the oven on a baking tray.
Once they are ready, place the tomato, onion, and mince patty on top of each other and serve.
