How Will WLWJ Low-Calorie Fitness Plans Help You Lose Weight?
There are four (4) phases in the process of losing weight with WLWJ Low-Calorie Fitness Plans.
Phase 1: Loading Days
You will stick to eating healthy oils; avoid junk foods with trans fats. Things like any vegetables, any meat, any dairy, any fruit, avocados, nuts and “healthy oils” include coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil etc. You can sneak in a bit of chocolate too!
Phase 2: Restricted Calories
During Phase 2, you are restricted to 500 calories. But, you don’t have to count calories. You simply have to follow the meal plan to a tee. You stay on this phase till you reach the end of your Diet Drops or Soft Gel Caps. Remember, for those who think you will starve, the formula allows you to survive on 2000 calories per day. Your body is using up this number of calories, so you do not starve. The formula also assists in suppressing your appetite.
Phase 3: Maintenance & The Introduction To A Lot More Food!
