LENTIL PANEER TIKKA – PHASE 2bianca.l
20 grams dried yellow lentils
(soaked and made to smooth paste)
50 grams paneer
Kasoori methi to taste
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Asafoetida to taste
Turmeric powder to taste
Fennel powder to taste
Cut paneer into cubes and set aside.
Mix all remaining ingredients together.
Coat the paneer slices in lentil batter and either bake in oven or dry roast on non stick pan.
