GREEK STYLE CHICKEN RISSOLES – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTSunnamed (1)

500g lean chicken mince
1 medium onion – finely chopped
1 Tblsp dried oregano
1 Tblsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic – minced
Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Once combines form into 10 even sized rissoles.
Bake in oven for approx 10-15mins at 180 degrees Celsius.

Serve with salad or vegetables.

Makes 5 servings (10 rissoles)
