GINGER AND TOMATO FISH – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
1 flounder fish
2 tablespoons fresh ginger strips
8 cherry tomatoes halved.
2 tablespoons tamari
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
In nonstick pan, dry fry the fish flipping once to cook and brown.
Before second side is fully cooked, add the ginger and tomatoes.
Simmer till tomatoes soften and fish is cooked.
Season with salt and splash tamari over it.
Serve hot
