GARLIC AND CHILLI PANEER – PHASE 2

GARLIC AND CHILLI PANEER – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

100 grams paneer
1 small onion chopped
1 clove garlic
Dry red chilli to taste
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cream

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, add garlic clove, red chillies, salt and vinegar.
Blend it to a smooth paste while adding water.
In a pan dry roast onions.
Once golden brown, add the blended paste to the onions and cover with lid for few minutes.
Add cream in order to avoid any dryness.
Once done, add paneer cubes to it, mix well and cover with lid for sometime.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
