COTTAGE CHEESE WITH CUCUMBER SOLDIERS – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100 grams skim milk cottage cheese
Celery
Shallotts
Fresh ginger
Lemon myrtle
Pepper and salt
Chicken stock powder
Lemon juice
Cucumber sticks
Celery

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together into the skimmed cottage cheese
Chop up cumber into soilders
Dip and serve.
