COTTAGE CHEESE SPINACH PATTIES – PHASE 2

100 gm low fat cottage cheese (mashed)
A bowl of finely chopped spinach and cabbage
1 clove of garlic
Black pepper
Salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix finely chopped spinach and cabbage with mashed cheese.
Add salt and black pepper or any other seasoning according to taste.
Make small patties by evenly pressing from both the sides.
On a non stick pan cook the patties on low flame till it becomes brown and crispy from both the sides.
Serve with coriander sauce.
