COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES– PHASE 2

COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES– PHASE 2INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup protein powder
100 grams cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon stevia
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon water

DIRECTIONS

Blend ingredients in a blender. Don’t over blend though.
Spoon mixture into a non stick pan and cook until bubbles form.
Flip once and cook for a few minutes more.
Serve warm.
