COTTAGE CHEESE PANCAKES & ONION MAYONNAISE – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100 grams low fat cottage cheese
Roasted cumin
Roasted green chilies
Chopped ginger
Chopped roasted cabbage or spinach
Salt
2 powdered melba toasts
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients. Make small pancakes with Hands and roast on non stick pan till golden brown.
Serves 1
ONION MAYONNAISE
1 onion
2 green chilies
Salt
Lemon or gooseberry 1 or 2
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp market low fat cottage cheeseTake all the ingredients in a grinder and grind till smooth paste. Once the paste is formed add market cottage cheese. Refrigerate for sometime and serve with pancakes.
