COTTAGE CHEESE FRITTERS – PHASE 2

100 gm low fat cottage cheese
Cumin seeds 1/3 top
2 small green chillies finely chopped
1/3 tsp ginger finely chopped
Finely chopped cabbage
Salt
Oregano
2 melba toast

DIRECTIONS

Roast cumin seeds, green chillies and ginger in a pan.
Once cumin seeds pop up add finely chopped cabbage to it
Roast till cabbage turns brown
Turn off the gas and keep it aside till it cools down
Crush 2 melba toasts to powder
In a bowl take cottage cheese
Add the roasted mixture
Add the melba toast powder
Add salt and oregano
Now with soft hands take small mixture on your palm and make balls and gently pressed them a little
Make balls for whole mixture
I made them in air fryer. Else it can be made in oven.

Makes one serving
