CHICKPEA UTTAPAM – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

40 grams chickpea flour
Coriander leaves
1 onion sliced
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Fennel powder to taste
Carom seeds to taste

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together except onions.
On a non stick pan spread the batter and while the batter is wet spread onion over it.
Cover with lid.
Once done flip the uttapam and roast from onion side.

Serves 1
