CHICKEN TOMATO SOUP WITH SLENDIER NOODLES – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
100g chicken breast
100mls water
1 chicken stock cube unsalted
100g leek chopped
1/2 tin of organic tomato
Coriander
Chili flakes
100g Slendier noodles
100mls water
1 chicken stock cube unsalted
100g leek chopped
1/2 tin of organic tomato
Coriander
Chili flakes
100g Slendier noodles
DIRECTIONS
Cook chicken in water for 5 minutes
Add leek, add chicken stock, add organic tomato, add slendier noodles, add spices and cook for 15 mins
Makes 1 serving
