CHICKEN CHASSEUR – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of chicken
1 onion sliced
1 cup chicken stock
3 cloves chopped garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dry thyme
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

In non stick pan fry chicken, garlic and onions till browned.
Add tomato paste, bay leaf and stock.
Simmer till cooked (about 15 mins)
Add thyme and salt to taste.

Makes 5 servings can be used for the whole family
