CABBAGE PANEER KOFTA – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS

2 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
10 grams moong flour (25% protein on P2)
75 grams grated paneer (75% protein on P2)
Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Make into five balls.
Cook in an air fryer for 12 to 15 minutes.
If you don’t have an air fryer you can bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown.

Serves 1
