How Exactly Does WLWJ Fitness Plans for Men Work?

There are four (4) phases in the process of losing weight with WLWJ Fitness Plans for Men.

Phase 1: Loading Days

You will stick to eating healthy oils; avoid junk foods with trans fats. Things like any vegetables, any meat, any dairy, any fruit, avocados, nuts and “healthy oils” include coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil etc. You can sneak in a bit of chocolate too!
