BEEF RISSOLES – PHASE 2
INGREDIENTS
500g lean beef mince
1 small onion (diced)
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp sugar free tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
Serves: 5
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then form into 10 even sized patties.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees celsius until cooked – only turn once.
Serve with salad or vegetables. Otherwise, you can make a batch and freeze them for easy lunches and/or dinners for the week.
