BAKED ONION RINGS – PHASE 2

BAKED ONION RINGS – PHASE 2INGREDIENTS

2 onions sliced in rings
40 grams chickpea flour
Oregano
Salt
Red chilli powder
Cumin powder
Fennel powder

DIRECTIONS

Sprinkle 40 grams chickpea flour on the sliced onions.
Add little water just to marinate.
Paste should not be runny.
Keep aside for half hour.
Bake in air fryer on 120 degree for 20 minutes.

Serves 1
