GREEK STYLE CHICKEN RISSOLES – PHASE 2

INGREDIENTS 500g lean chicken mince 1 medium onion - finely chopped 1 Tblsp dried oregano 1 Tblsp lemon juice 2 cloves garlic - minced Salt and pepper DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
